Neil Blender Nose Manual 1985 Vancouver
I flew up to Vancouver, Canada in 1985 and shot this nose manual of Neil Blender at the skatepark in North Vancouver. The World's Fair was being held in Vancouver that year, and the World Skateboarding Championships were being held too. It was pretty unbelievable to have skaters from all over the world present. Away from the arena event, a contest at the skatepark and its snake run was held, and I got this highly stylistic shot of Neil Blender doing what we called a "nose wheelie" back then.
