This photo of Jason Lee at the Münster Monster Mastership contest in 1990 was shot with Kodak Tmax 3200. The venue in Münster, Germany is a dark cave and there is not much "natural" light going on. It is lit by what looks like dim chandeliers and soaks up light like a black hole. Back in 1990, we would pop a roll of 3200 isa/iso film into the Nikon FM-2 and push it to 6400 or more and pull out enough light to shoot at 1/500th of a second. It would be a lot easier in the modern day with digital, but we dealt with what we had. I loved the grain too.
