Rodney Mullen - This an 8X10" image on slightly larger paper and is a Limited Edition of 20 prints, with these being Numbers 4, 5, 6, and 7. I handmade these Cyanotype prints on Arches Watercolor paper and then toned in Earl Grey Tea. They are signed and numbered by me on the back of the print and they are all slightly different in tone and various "artifacts".
This is an image of professional skateboarder Rodney Mullen, one of the most talented skaters to ever step on a skateboard. Rodney Mullen brought the Ollie to street skating along with many of the flip tricks you see in skating today. This is a photo I shot in 2012 of Mullen in a shipping container in El Segundo, CA. It ran in Issue #98 of The Skateboard Mag dedicated to the Bones Brigade, the best team of the 1980s.
